HUMPBACK WHALES sighted from the Manuka Lodge's World Famous Deck - July 1st and 3rd 2011

Manuka Lodge is a well positioned 5 bedroom home with commanding views over Westernport looking across to Balnarring, Stony Point and Somers. Located in Ventnor on Phillip Island, this self contained holiday accommodation is well worth a closer look.

Upstairs

There are three double bedrooms upstairs, with an open plan modern kitchen, dining and entertaining area. The kitchen even enjoys sea views from the kitchen sink.

This flows on to an elevated Sun Room that leads out on to a magnificent split level timber deck with spectacular views of Westernport. A gas bbq, table, chairs and umbrella are available for your outside entertaining. For those chilly days and nights there is a woodfired heater to warm the upstairs living areas.

Finally there is a large modern bathroom with double shower and twin vanities and a separate toilet.

Downstairs

There are two bedrooms with three single beds in each. A second modern bathroom and combined toilet, a laundry with washing machine and a large rumpus room with TV and fridge to give you greater flexibility.

An undercover deck area exists with sea views for those quieter moments away from the heat of the day or others in your group.

Aspect

Manuka Lodge has access to common landperfect for kids to play in complete safety, and the access to the beach is along a path that passes through the scrub down to a safe north facing sandy beach.

Located close to Grossard Point, Manuka Lodge enjoys an elevated and sheltered position giving good all round views of Westernport and the shipping that travels up and down the deep water channel to Hastings.
